By accessing or using the Greenroom Operator website at greenroomoperator.com (the "Site"), submitting a partnership application, or engaging in any communication with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Greenroom Operator is a digital product strategy service operated by Isabella. We help content creators design, build, and launch digital products — including online courses, ebooks, memberships, template bundles, and coaching programs — through a revenue-split partnership model. We do not charge upfront fees; our compensation is a pre-agreed percentage of revenue generated from digital products we help create and launch.

Submitting a partnership application through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of partnership. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You own or have the right to use the audience, platforms, and content described in your application.
• You understand that submitting an application does not create any obligation on either party until a separate written partnership agreement is signed.

Any actual partnership between you and Greenroom Operator will be governed by a separate, written Partnership Agreement signed by both parties. That agreement will define the specific scope of work, revenue split percentage, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and any other conditions specific to your engagement. These Terms of Service apply to your general use of the Site and do not constitute a partnership agreement in themselves.

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, branding, and code — is owned by or licensed to Greenroom Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Site content without our written permission.
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape or extract content from the Site using automated tools.

Digital products developed under a partnership agreement will have intellectual property ownership terms defined in that specific agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and all information on it are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome from a partnership. Results depend on many factors including your audience, niche, product type, and market conditions.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in a partnership.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Calendly for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing those sites is at your own risk.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
